Our Week Long Vacation: Tuesday

Tuesday was cloudy and cool AGAIN! This time my parents decided to bring me to Brainerd to swim at a hotel pool since we weren't getting any swimming in at the lake.

I was REALLY brave and walked all the way through this big fish!

Daddy and I played a little "one on one" basketball in the pool.

They had logs floating in the pool...that was silly.

My daddy was REALLY brave and went down a BIG slide....I wasn't big enough or I would have done it too.

And I went on a lazy river...uh oh, here comes a waterfall!

Our Week Long Vacation: Monday

Monday was another cool, cloudy day and my parents thought this might be a good day to try and wear me out by taking me hiking at the Upgaard Nature Center.

The first thing you have to do on a hike is find a good walking stick!

My dad led the way, and I was doing a good job keeping up.

My mom and dad were lucky to have me along....I kept all the bears away by blowing on the dog whistle!

After a while, my mom and dad got tired and needed to rest at a Gazebo.

I don't know why my mom and dad were so tired at the end, this hiking stuff is easy!

Our Week Long Vacation: Sunday

On Sunday, everybody but us left. It was a little cloudy and cool so my mom and dad decided this would be a good day to run up to Walker to see our lot, mow and have dinner.

Here we are just relaxing and looking at the lake.

I had to explore the lot a little bit...I think maybe I'd like to try camping on it sometime.

Our Week Long Vacation: Saturday

We recently got back from a week of fun up at Ox Lake! The first day we got up there was Saturday and we celebrated Grandma and Grandpa's 39th anniversary and watched them renew their vows! Well, most people watched, but I might have been a little too excited to watch nicely.

Afterwards, we all went back and had a really nice dinner back at the Cabin to celebrate.

Diving Board?

Ben loves swimming in the swimming pool and jumping in off the edge. While swimming at Grandma and Grandpa Stay's we asked Ben if he wanted to jump off the diving board. He said yes, but we weren't sure what he'd do once he got there...

No hesitation!

He went back and did it two more times, and would have kept going but Chris needed a break! What a brave little boy we have!

Introducing....

Baby Stay #2 - and, no, we didn't find out if it is a boy or a girl. Sort of regret already! 4 1/2 more months of waiting to find that out! I've been feeling this little peanut moving for 5 weeks now, and he/she certainly seemed to move a lot. The ultrasound today didn't dispute this - baby was moving the whole time, and went from being head up to head down part way through!

Oh, November seems like such a long time away!! We can't wait to meet this little one!

Weekend of fun - Event #4: Jorja's 3rd Birthday Party!

I went to my friend Jorja's 3rd birthday party on Sunday afternoon! It was at Gleason's Gym and I got to do so many cool and fun things.

And of course, cake! Happy Birthday Jorja!

Whew...after that weekend, I'm exhausted!

Weekend of fun - Event #3: Water fun with Sophie

Sunday morning I got to go to Sophie's house and play in her pool and run through the sprinkler! I had sooo much fun, especially once I got to wear her pink shoes!
